TRANSIT TIME GENERAL
We cannot guarantee UPS or USPS estimated ship times and no refunds will be offered for delays out of our control. Estimated ship times do not include handling or processing times, most in stock items can expect to ship within 1-2 business days after you have received an order confirmation.
RETURNS POLICY
Coolorcaps products are returnable within 30 days of the original shipment , Customer is responsible for all shipping costs. The cost of the original shipment will be deducted from the refund.
INTERNATIONAL IMPORT DUTIES
International orders might be subject to import taxes depending on your local customs. This is usually 15%-20% of the declared value and unfortunately we are not able to mark any package as a gift.
